Our Programs & Outreach
At Broken Shackles Freedom & Deliverance Ministries, we serve people walking through some of life’s hardest battles including incarceration, addiction, homelessness, trauma, and spiritual brokenness. Our programs are built to meet individuals right where they are and guide them toward healing, stability, and true freedom.
Through compassionate outreach, spiritual support, and practical resources, we help restore hope, rebuild lives, and break generational cycles.
Every program is rooted in love, dignity, and the belief that transformation is possible.
Prison Ministry
At year-end 2023, the U.S. prison population (state + federal) was approx 1,254,200 people
Re-Entry Support / SOAR Pre-Reentry
Studies show about 70 % of released state prisoners were rearrested within five years
Mental & Emotional Health Support
In 2022, an estimated 23.1% of U.S. adults (~59.3 million) experienced any mental illness.
Homelessness Outreach
On a single night in January 2024, 771,480 people were experiencing homelessness in the U.S., the largest number since data collection began.

Our Prison Ministry reaches incarcerated men and women with compassion, spiritual encouragement, and emotional support. We believe no one is too broken to be restored.

Re-Entry Support & SOAR Pre-Reentry Program
Life after incarceration can feel impossible without support. Our SOAR Pre-Reentry Program prepares individuals to re-enter society with dignity, stability, and direction.

Recovery & Delivery Ministries
Addiction affects the body, mind, spirit, and entire family. We walk with individuals through recovery with love, compassion, and spiritual guidance.

Homeless Outreach & Clothing Closet
We meet people right where they are — in the streets, in shelters, and in difficult transitions.
Mental & Emotional Support
Many in our community face depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, molestation, and emotional wounds that go unaddressed. We provide a safe space for healing.
Domestic Violence Awareness & Support
Domestic violence affects people physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually. We bring awareness and support to those affected.
Family Support Programs
Families impacted by incarceration, trauma, or addiction often feel alone. We create spaces where they can be supported and uplifted.
Advocacy & Community Engagment
Broken Shackles actively engages in advocacy to help build a fairer, more compassionate justice system.
